About The Lo Down Podcast

I've been having a lot of fun recording a new podcast (The Lo Down) with Tommy Toe Hold. If you don't know who he is, I don't know you anymore and you are dimissed.

Just kidding, he makes super hilarious videos covering current events in MMA. You can check out his Twitter here and his YouTube account here.  The videos are not kid friendly. They have lots of curse words. Either listen when there are no small children around or only listen with very badass kids who smoke Camels and wear sunglasses at night. Anyway, Tommy is a good friend of mine and we decided that we should turn all of our crazy conversations into recordings that we could use to torture...I mean entertain...the rest of you guys. We called it the Lo Down because of Lo, our mysterious falcon overlord who rules all things. And is all things. And is everywhere. All of the time. He gives out nosebleeds when you make direct eye contact with him, irritate him, or basically do anything other than praise him and send him presents. He also appears in Tommy Toe Hold episodes and collects all of your curiosity and tears then turns them into sweaters for orphaned dolphins. He's got a soft spot for those. This is Lo:

Not the bald guy. That's Dana White. Look in the sauna. Enjoy your nosebleed.

Tommy and I talk about all kinds of things in our podcast so it's impossible to keep track of them all. OK, fine, it's actually very possible, but I'm not getting paid for this, alright? I'll post links, comments, and a general breakdown about some of our more entertaining topics, including our good-news-only "Lo and Rejoice" segment, in a new blog post each week. Consider it the Cliff's Notes version of our podcast - possibly entertaining on it's own but nothing without the original source. Enjoy!
