I had lots of messages on Facebook after I posted live updates on Dana White's status regarding the GSP PPV. I love doing live updates because I know a lot of people can't watch the fights, either due to money issues or they're at work, or they simply don't have the time. I'm bringing this blog back to life and I will resume live updates with the next PPV: 156. This gives me time to recuperate from Dos Santos' loss to Cain V :( :( Yes, my heart is broken. Also time for viewers to recuperate from the bloody aftermath of Miller v Lauzon.
Here's some info about me, because some of you are curious. I'm a 29 year old female living in South Carolina that adores MMA and has followed it for over a decade. I'm by no means an expert, just someone that enjoys the sport. I am usually pulling for the underdog. Some of my favorite fighters are GSP, Fedor Emelianenko, Vitor Belfort, the Noguiera brothers, and Wanderlei Silva. For some reason, Anderson Silva really gets on my nerves but I can't deny his success in the Octagon.
Don't forget to check back for UFC 156 (which includes fights by Aldo v Edgar, Fitch v Maia, Overeem v Silva, and Evans v Nogueira so YES I am excited!). It comes on February 2 and I'm hoping for some fight finishers --- no offense to the judges but it's much more entertaining when they are not needed!
